Practicing law for over twenty years, John O'Brien's practice has included estate planning and probate administration. In 2006, John formed CT Trust Counsel, LLC to dedicate his practice to the field of estate planning/probate administration. He is a member of the National Associaton of Elder Law Attorneys; American Bar Association (Probate and Trust Law Section); Connecticut Bar Association (Estate and Probate Law Section and the Elder Law Section); Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.; WealthCounsel, LLC, a nationwide group of estate planning professionals collaborating in sophisticated planning techniques; and he serves on the Board of Directors and a Member of the Wethersfield Chamber of Commerce.
